I'm Looking Forward to

• Crustless Spinach Quiche. Have spinach. Need cheese.
• Corn Chowder. I know it's too hot for soup. Don't care.
• Meringues. Maybe chocolate meringues. Can you put citrus in meringues?
• America's Test Kitchen Light Cheesecake. Not likely to happen soon, as I don't have an occasion to make it. No, "Thursday" is not a cheesecake occasion, sorry.
  
• Lemon Bars. I'm on a real citrus kick lately. I'd probably do these with lime.
