Week 38

.37% loss this week.  That's not a big loss. Not even half of what I gained last week. But it is a loss, and I do feel like I'm back on track. I've had a harder time lately getting walks in. Not necessarily because of the weather, but because of my schedule. Not walking has the one-two punch of "no exercise" + "no stress relief."

Today presents a good opportunity. I'm dropping the kids off at a friend's house relatively early for some pre-Halloween fun, then have classes at the co-op with the break in the middle. Instead of walking during break, I think I'll try for a big walk before I go. I should have just enough time to get home, work up a good sweat, shower, eat lunch, pack dinner (leftover beef barley soup & bread) and get out the door.
