It's supposed to be nice this weekend.  Like, upper 70's nice.  I won't know what to do with myself!  Well, there is stuff to be done.  Work, grocery shopping, and I'm going to pick up a skirt my mom ordered for me.  I hope it actually fits.  Even if it doesn't, I'm going to get something new, preferably that I can wear to work/church.

Sarah is loving riding her bike these days, and keeps telling me I need a bike so we can ride together.  Yeah, she doesn't really know my history with bikes . . . Still, it sounds very appealing.

I also have a bushel of apples to deal with.  Two years ago, we got a half a bushel, and lost some to spoilage because we didn't eat them all.  That will not happen this year.  Even though it won't be chilly this weekend, I'm going to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, making applesauce and apple butter, and maybe a pie.  Ohhh--hand pies with the chunky applesauce filling!  Then I can freeze them.  For future reference, Idared apples are amazing.  The Golden Delicious were good, too.  The Northern Spy, Empire, Mutsu, and Jonagold were all disappointing, at least on this past trip.
