Yeah, I talked the good talk last week about "maybe it's just slowing down, and that's fine," and that was the truth. If I slowed down to half a pound a week, I'd wish it was faster, but at least I'd still be losing. But I really didn't think it was a permanent thing.
What did I do differently this week than the past few weeks? I didn't binge, for one thing. Amazing what a difference that can make. Or, if I did binge, I kept a pretty tight rein on it. Also, I walked every day. In fact, I've walked every day this month; today is supposed to be rainy, so we'll see if I can get an outdoor walk. My average walk this week was 38 minutes. Yesterday and Tuesday I made sure to get around an hour. I like the half hour evening walks with Jeff (and those are at a faster rate, as well), but I think I need a full hour's worth of walking to really make it count.
