Today, had steel cut oatmeal w/brown sugar & raisins for breakfast, a roast beef sandwich w/a slice of mozzarella & light mayo for lunch, and Roast Pork Loin with Garlic & Rosemary and baked sweet potatoes for dinner. Water to drink. No snacks.
Boring. Boring, boring, BORING. The roast is always good, and I love baked sweet potatoes, but I before that I was standing around the kitchen, trying to forget about the caramel apple dip in the refrigerator. I really wanted some coffee or tea or some other hot thing when we came in from running a couple of errands in the blizzard. We didn't get to Randazzo's because of said blizzard, so I'll have to wait to get some more produce. I might have some grapes tonight.
Boring.

I am not happy with my overall person, and the only exercise that has ever helped me physically (which, in turn, helps me mentally) is brisk walking. I've been doing it for two weeks, every other day, and I am feeling better.
Walking outside is also what has always really done the trick for me. Unfortunately, I won't go for a walk until it's somewhat warmer, so I'm going to have to make due for the time being!
