I finally made the Pasties, and they are so yum! I might even get over my "once a year" rule, and make them again soon, because my mom & stepdad are going to be here in a few weeks, and the five that are left will not last that long. The combination of ground beef and ground pork (not breakfast sausage) is really tasty, and I'd forgotten how much I like home made pie crust.
The freezer itself is nicely full, so maybe I won't have to cook so much next week. Cross your fingers for me!
